Privacy Policy .

Clínica Anjos Vasculares (Anjos Vasculares LTDA, Brazilian company registry CNPJ 14.251.985/0001-32, data controller) processes personal data in accordance with the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law, Law 13,709/2018), for the purposes of scheduling, care delivery, relationship management and compliance with legal obligations. Health data is sensitive data and receives reinforced protection: restricted access, documented purpose and data minimization. We do not share sensitive data without a legal basis.

Processors and suppliers

To operate, we rely on suppliers acting as data processors, under contract and strictly for the purposes above: the clinic management and medical-record system (Amplimed), website hosting (Hostinger), measurement tools (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel — loaded only after your consent) and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to contact us through that channel.

Your rights (LGPD, art. 18)

At any time you may request:

  • confirmation that processing takes place and access to your data;
  • correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, or data processed in non-compliance;
  • portability and information about data sharing;
  • information about the possibility of refusing consent and the consequences of refusal;
  • withdrawal of consent and deletion of the data processed on that basis.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes and applicable legal obligations (for example, the medical-record retention required by CFM — Brazilian Federal Council of Medicine — regulations). Once that period ends, data is deleted or anonymized.

Website metrics

The figures displayed on the website (for example, total patients and procedures) are anonymized numerical aggregates — totals only, with no personal or identifiable data.

Cookies and measurement

Measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel) are loaded only after your consent in the notice displayed on the website, and can be declined without any impact on your browsing. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be revised by clearing the site data. The contact form uses anti-spam protection that does not install additional cookies nor track your browsing.
